The powder coating process applied to aluminum surfaces is an important step that enhances both the durability and aesthetics of the material. In this process, the aluminum is first chemically pre-treated, cleaned, chromated, and dried to ensure proper adhesion of the paint. The painting is done using Corona or Tribo methods, followed by baking at 200°C to cure the coating. This process offers aluminum materials an extensive range of color and pattern options, providing both decorative and functional versatility.
Our state-of-the-art electrostatic powder coating facility spans 2,000 m² of indoor space, with an annual capacity of 2,400 tons, making it a leader in the industry.
